Here is a favorite recipe of mine that I thought I would share.
1 1/2 C flour
1 1/2 stticks margarine
1 C chopped nus ( I use pecans)
1- 8 oz.. pkg cream cheese,softned
1 C powdered sugar lg crt. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant pudding mix ( Chocolate OR Lemon )
3 C milk
Cream flour, margarine, and 1/2 c nuts. Press into a 9 x 13 " pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; do not brown. Cool crust and top with mixture of cream cheese , powdered sugar, and 1/2 carton Cool Whip. Next, top with mixture of instant pudding mix and milk. When set, top with Cool Whip and nuts. Then Refrigreate 2 hours and serve. |
