Doreen: Does the harness attachment keep him up on the seat pretty well, or do you find that he can get off of it and tangled?

Right now, Daisy has a harness and a special "thingy" that clips into these metal bracket "thingies" (ha ha) that are located in the crack of the seats (I think they're meant for car seats now-a-days). I've sort of built my own version of what Vinnie has so she can see out: I have a rubbermain container (that carries her, and some of my stuff to the lake) and a doggie bed on top of it. I used that no slip rubbery stuff (geez, I don't know the name of anything!) under the rubbermaid container and in between the container and the bed so it doesn't slip around too much.

Awe, he's so cute!  I took some of Dink last nite in his carseat but I forgot to send them to work so that I could post them today.  I'll do it tonite when I get home.

It doesn't appear long enought that he can get tangled. We tightened it so he can sit up and lay down but that's about it. He can't get out or anything. So far, so good.
