It is easy, good, and makes a really big cake. I will let her post the recipe, if she wants to.

Ooooh Donna!  Yours turned out pretty!  Mine didn't look quite as nice but it sure tasted good!

If anybody wants the recipe, I'll post it.

Here it is.

Best Pound Cake

3 sticks of butter

1 8oz package of cream cheese

6 eggs

3 cups sugar

3 cups all purpose flour

Vanilla Extract

Bring butter, cream cheese and eggs to room temp.  Cream butter and sugar.  Add cream cheese and mix until incorporated.  Add vanilla to taste.  Mix eggs, one at a time.  Add flour, incorporating one cup at a time.  Pour into prepared tube(bundt pan) buttered and floured.  Bake at 250 degrees(that's not a typo) for 2 1/2 hours.  Cool and remove.

Enjoy.

That looks so evil and yummy. I'd eat the whole thing in too short a time if I made it, but boy it looks yummy.
