I don't know about you, but I'm a bit tired of human politics and think it's time to elect a Rat Terrier for President (actually, this was Shelbi - rattiegurl's - idea).  So, we are going to have a summer-long contest/campaign a little different from our traditional contests.

You may run your "campaign ads" as posts under this thread - photos, or videos or both-- You may use them as your avatars, you may put your campaign slogan as your signature, etc, etc.  Campaign away for your Rattie for President.  You may run as many ads as you want.  No limits.  Enter any or all of your Ratties.

We will vote the first part  of September (date to be announce)  for a term of one year.  (After all this is doggie years)

Sounds like fun! Can we have everyone post their ads under this thread though? It'd be nice to be able to come here and see all of them...I think they will get lost among all the other regular photo's in the regular photo forum.

Sure, Morgan - I actually thought about that during the night. I still think they can do slogans and avatars though.  But, maybe ads here.  And we will probably have a "primary" election in mid August with the final vote the very first part of September.  How does that sound?  I'll make the change on the original post about posting ads here.

Sydney will not be running in this campaign with her past issues of stealing and then swallowing the evidence, she feels that it would cause to much of a scandal.   And Sonic is too upset to run because it was his "baby toy" that she stole and swallowed.  (The vet saved it for us to see-- pretty gross)
