Hi I posted this is the photos section to show a pic of Baileys skin.....I got zero replies so I am going to try and post it here....if you wanna see a pic it is in the photo area.  Thanks

Hi I am posting this here because I would like to show you guys a pic of Baileys skin.  I have recently changed his dog food.  He has always been on Science Diet but I wanted to change him to something natural.  So now he is on Canidae.  I have had no problems with the switch except the first couple of days he had a upset stomach...i mixed his old food with his new food like i was supposed to but his tummy still was supset.  Everything has been going well excepts the past few days I have noticed that his skin is more of a pink color.  I may be going crazy but before his skin was more white/pink.  Well in areas mainly under his neck it is pink and irriatated.  He hasnt been on a leash and I havent changed anything else but the food.  Do you think it could be the food??  It may have nothing to do with the food at all I just was wondering.  I am taking Sydney and Chance to the vet tomm so Bailey might be going with me   Thanks guys

Here are a few pics hopefully u can see the spots

I doubt it could be the new food as Canidae compared to SD is an excellent food...no corn in it (prime allergy food). I'll go check out the photo.

It could be the food. Maybe there's something in there that he can't tollerate. I've never heard of it happening before, though, but I suppose some dogs out there don't like it. Maybe you could switch back to SD for a while and see if it clears up. If it does, then maybe try switching to a different food. Maybe a grain free one.
Are you using the 'old' Canidae formula, or the new one? The new formulas have different ingredients in it than the old and some dogs with sensitive digestive systems might not be able to tolerate it, so you might want to switch anyway even if it isn't the food.
