well have you considered that maybe the foster family might keep your little jewel till fall...you just pay the upkeep? I'd do that! did it for my oldest daughter till pup he was ready for her to take on the plane, my youngest I'm keeping hers till I don't know when...its ok!. also a lot of breeders will work with you too! A lot of pups don't go home till at lest 8-10 weeks (better)old I like to keep them with mom longer but check around! I think its do-able! |

well it's a rescue group in northern california... do you think they'd do that?! i should contact them and find out more about her, i didn't know that was an option!!!

SAD DAYS!!!  she said that they only hold the animals for a few days after they've found an approved home and they look for homes closer to their area first! i hope she finds a great home... |

haha i know i look all the time and im on here and just like reading forums lol. dud i just got back from indiana jones and then i went to see iron man again. both awesome movies haha i just wanna work and have summer over so i can move into my house, which i went to ikea today haha only looked and get a puppy lol i am so glad this is a 3 day weekend

haha yeah, time seems to go by SOOOO slowly when you're waiting for something exciting !!! ugh... it's frustrating lol
oh i wanna see those movies! (mostly indiana jones cuz i'm not much for super hero movies usually, but nate's still begging to see it lol) was indiana jones worth it? i wasn't sure if it would be because sometimes those kinds of movies aren't as good as the origionals, but on the other hand it's freaking indiana jones!!! haha |

i know what you mean.
ok so indiana jones was good (i love shilah lebuf (SP?)) i would go see it. bit ok, iron man, im not that big of a super hero movie person either. smiderman and batman were ok, but not my favorite. i was invited to go see it and almost didnt go becasue i didnt think it be very good, or id like it. I AM SO GLAD I WENT!!!! after the movie my jaw just dropped! i was like wow amazing movie! and i was so glad to see it again (for free! shhhhh lol) i dont know you very well, but it was an awesome movie. i guess its just the main caracter and his personality and how he acts in the movie, that kinda made it funny and interesting, but anyway theres my 2 cents on it i finally told my dad, and after an hour or talkking, i made him ok with it!. he told me i was gunna do what i wanted but he was glad i respected him enough to basically ask for his blessings, and then afte all the talking i asked him if he could think of one reason for me not to, and he said he couldnt think of one! (surprisingly he didnt say finances, probably because he know i will be working, and he doesnt know how much the deposit for my house is for pets and the dog its self haha but im not going to tell him that lol) but anyway so he said his only concern was in the summer when im back home and working, and i said she would be ok in her crate by then for me to be working,and he said he thinks that cruel to make them stay in a crate for 8 hours. so he said i knw shes going to end up having free range of the house, and i said no i can handle it, haha and he responded with, "no i know thats whats going to end up happening, shes going to have free range of the house and i cant do anything about it lol" i wa shocked but it is amazing and hilarious. ok more so for me because i know my dad and i know him on this subject haha i just had to get that out, i am so excited!

i was talking to my parents and my mom was looking into weiner dogs... kind of a big jump from the larger dogs we've had lol... but i think it'll still be a while before they're really ready for a new dog... but it's sad to have no dog at all!!! haha i'm so impatient for fall |

oh i know right? yeah my mom will be happy, and i even said to my dad that he will love my dog and he said youre probably right, i probably will reallyl ike your dog haha wow really? my dad? haha
oh yeah weird, doxons are very cool but kinda a 180, maybe like a 145, a chihuahua is a 180 haha idk lol
ugh i cant wait i want my puppy now, but thats ok, i look at it as this is the only time left for me to be alone haha after summer i will have a little dog counting on me and depending on me, and i have my whole life (its whole life) to have my puppy and be happy with her

omg haha yes! that is hilarious, we totally will get to that point eventually haha. thats how i am though. if i am excited about something then i look forward to it and plan on things and like to be ready. like my house next year, one of my roommatews is the same as me, shes in the process of looking at furniture and i am too, then our other roommate and my parents are all oh theres pleanty of time. and yeah theres 3 months time, but i still like to be prepared and be ready haha weird i know
i just want to start shopping really bad! i think after we actually meet, (and are ready to start buying stuff) we should have a petco day!!! haha that be fun! anyway, i cant wait to hear about kristen and olive and get pictures. was is abby or amy or what was is you wanted to name your puppy? (i dont want to readthrough the other 4 pages to find out haha this thing has gotten BIG! |

haha yeah, i'm pretty much "overly prepared" all the time. i just got a dog training book so that'll be good because i'm gonna teach her lots of stuff <3
OMG! i think that's an AWESOME idea! heck yes petco day!!! i'm so excited to get all of her stuff too!

| I chose my puppy today!! I didn't take pictures.. oops! But I will post new pics soon once the breeder puts hers up. The one in my avatar is the one that is MINE! Ahhhh I can't believe it She was so mellow, I was surprised. They had just woken up from their nap, but she didn't bite or jump all over, she just let me hold her and she let me hold her with her stomach facing up. Ahh I am SO IN LOVE!!! I'll put some pics of her up in the photo section. |

me too, way over prepared. haha and i bought 2 training books last month to read for the summer! haha
haha petco day it is!!! i gave you my breeders link on the myspace message i sent you. but her pups sell for $500, i think this previous litter she did for $400 so it will most likely be one of the 2
omg that be so funny if they were litter mates! they would have family in the area to hang out with haha that be funny. the ladys name is Lynn, shes very nice and sweet, and doesnt mind a ton of emails asking a bunch of questions haha. let me know what you think and if you have any other questions! i am planning on meeting her soon.
i am very indecisive, but when i make up my mind, i make up my mind lol i may second guess every once in a while but i stick with it lol. thats what was hard with my tattoos lol. i really needa take pics of them and put them in that member category where other people put theres on there lol ugh i cant wait to get my puppy, i cant say that enough haha

omg i thought about her only having boys or even one girl and lynn wanted it. that make me mad, but ya know what, i really want one of her pups, and i would totally take a boy, i would just prefer a girl, and i hope she has a lot of girls lol.
basically when she has pat hastings evaluate her pups im guessing if she wants one, she will pick the one that scores the highest, or if not it just means that she gets to pick and keep a pup before she lets anyone else pick one. it makes sence, they are her pups and she probably wants one lol.

maybe not from every litter, but if she does want one from a particular litter she is saying she gets the first pick. but im just guessing she will want one from this litter becasue i dont think she has a pup from flame. but i honestly dont know, thats just what i think.
yeah im set on bailey, but i mean i could use it for a boy but i would probably have to pic another name becasue i want a girl bailey. i want a girl really bad though lol

| hey!!I remember being soooo scared that there wouldn't be a female in the litter. Or if there was one, that it would be the breeder's pick. Luckily there were 3 in mine! If that does happen to you guys would you wait for another litter or would you get a boy? I had a few different breeders in mind, so I think I would have waited for a girl. Have you guys heard of clearbrook kennels? http://clearbrookratterriers.homestead.com/ratterrier.html they have larger ratties, and they are all sooo pretty.I can't wait to get Olive, it was so hard saying bye to her when I knew that I could take her home then if I wanted. The breeder said she was old enough to go home, but I just couldn't deal with the last 2 weeks of classes having a new puppy. It would have been worse for both of us And she's getting a couple extra weeks with her mama and siblings, so I'm sure she's happy. I'm still so surprised how mellow she was. She wasn't super submissive and scared, just so chill. She'd just sit in my arms, looking around. oooh I can't wait. Anyways, there were new pics put up on the site so I will post them tomorrow. She is SO much bigger |

kristen, that is so great, i am so excited for you! yeah im just afraid about the female thing. but im sure i am stressing and then when she has puppiesi will be like oh i had nothing to worry about. i think its rare when ther arent many of one sex becasue the odds are slimmer, atleast i think they are lol
i am pretty set on this breeder becasue i have been talking to her for months, but maybe i will find an alternative, idk yet. send nate an email to make sure he gets yours and it works. i really want a felamle but i might switch if i have to but i jus dont know yet, i am really set on a girl...

well i've been chatting with my mom on it... so she's gotten them... hmm... i dunno why breeders don't want to talk to me i swear i'm not black-listed! lol do you know if she has waiting lists or not on flame's pups? i hope she gets back to me soon, i think she's my favorite and it'd be cool to have them from the same mommy <3 lol hope she has lots of girlies to choose from! eeek! i'm so excited!

yeah i get attached too lol. im not sure why that one breeder hasnt gotten back to you, but im sure lynn will. i just got a message from her, i explained what she said in the email about the sire and what not. but yes she doesnt have a list for flames puppys. i am already on it and have been for a while now, she syas so im glad for that. i dunno how many people she puts on it or how that works, but im pretty sure its not like a race. i think last time she had a litter she told me a puppy might be available it i wanted it, but i wasnt able to get one, but then she found a good home for it. when you do hear from her, i would ask her about that and im sure she can explain it to you. if you do let me know, im curious now lol..
oh i know, i thought i was going to get a toy from outta state but then switched to standard, and one of the breeders i contacted was her, and i just tsuck with her. shes my favorite, and yeqh it be so cool to have sister puppies hehe cuuuttteee! lol. yeah i know, i try not to look on petfinder anymore bcuz it makes me want them all, lol but i am pretty set on this breeder hehe
