Hello all I Have been a member of rat -terrier .com for a while now . but not active. I am Michelle Culbertson. NY. I am a foster mom , application manager and on the fund raising commity for Rat Bone Rescues. I have heard nothing but good about this group and have read some of the wonderful things you all have done over the years to help ratbone ratties. You all Have always stepped up to the plate when asked. And I THANK YOU ALL FOR THAT.
Now I have yet another request.
Ratbone is in need of some dedicated , honest , people oriented people who can be a team player, to work in our applications department. We have been getting so many applications for our dogs and all the current people processing our applications are overwhelmed. If you have any time to give to help with processing applications That would be great. It is a simple task and I have a very detailed outline of how to do what needs to be done.
We just recently had a huge Rat Terrier puppy mill bust , and I found the need to ask for help as I realized we need to move some dogs to save more. I myself offered to take 10 puppies and two pregos , just to try to help the ratties. Luckily they have all been adopted and now I will not need to do so. I was happy to know they were adopted and releived as well as I already have 6 fosters. hahahhaha.
But I would have done what ever was needed.
so please please if you think you could help in the applications department email me at apps@ratbonerescues.com.
The only thing I ask is that you not be a member of any other rat terrier rescue to work in our applications department . to help minimize conflict of interest, There are alot of other jobs as well to do that it would not matter for you to do if a member of another Rat terrier rescue. Just not in our applications department.
So if your ready to make a difference in more ways then one. email me and let's get you started on your new rattie saving job.
